The one-driven-two intelligent cutting unit is a CNC cutting solution with a relatively high degree of automation. The cutting unit consists of 1 labeling machine, 1 loading machine, 2 automatic tool changer machining centers, robot palletizing &sorting（optional） and 1 central control system.

Intelligent loading: The whole package of board can be loaded without digging a pit. 18mm thickness boards can be loaded with 60 sheets at a time.
Fast and accurate labeling: The labeling speed reaches 4-8 seconds per label, the double-cylinder hydraulic platform ensures the accuracy of the labeling position.
Intelligent cutting: High speed cutting, the maximum cutting speed can reach 20m/min. 12 linear automatic tool magazines can realize various processes such as cutting,drilling and slotting.
Dust-free cutting: The unloading platform is equipped with secondary dust removal device to ensure that there are no debris residues in the cutting grooves and gaps. No need to manually clean the cutting table.
Intelligent palletizing: The robot grabs 3-4 boards at a time, greatly improve the sorting efficiency and shortening the unloading time by 60%-70%.
Intelligent central control system.
