The Gantry structure with dual motors is designed to increase precision and reliability standards for the execution of all nesting operations

A hydraulic lifting table (load 3,000 kg) automatically lifts the panels to the level of label printing, forwards the panel and automatically aligns it at the correct position. At the loading station the workpiece is picked up by vacuum suction cups and transported safely and smoothly to the working table. After processing, the nest is gently conveyed out of the machine onto an outfeed conveyor belt.
