This is an automatic cabinet production line, It includes four processes, namely swing arm loading device, labeling machine, wood drilling area,  CNC cutting area and unloading area.  No need to turn over and carry the board, one person can operate the whole line. 80-100 pieces of sheet/ 8 hours.

The main function:

Only one person for mutiple process: No need to flip the plate, no need to carry, multiple process combinations, one person can operate the line.

Suspended loading, no damage to the board. Unique suction cup design, greater suction force, total stack height up to 800mm.

Bottom punching and slotting, top labeling. No need to manually turn the board.

Three-grip design, no need to worry about running board, higher precision. Accurate positioning, high precision, the gripper directly grabs the plate to the tabletop without secondary positioning.

Dust-free cutting, multiple dust removal, equipped with dust-free dust collection hood, multiple cutting.
