I bought the UC -481 from quick in the year 2017 after i visited their factory .

The machine arrived perfectly packed after ~4 weeks，with lots and lots of packing materials. All was secured properly, when it comes, all the rails were heavily greased, and I really can’t say any bad word about it.The sales person gave me (and still give me) lots of support，so far it is working fine. I am happy with it.
