With the cold winter approaching, some necessary maintenance must be performed in advance to ensure your machine functions properly during the cold season.

1. When using a water ring vacuum pump, replace the water in the tank with antifreeze. If using antifreeze powder, be sure to choose a non-corrosive one and consult the seller before purchasing; otherwise, it may damage the mechanical seal and other components inside the pump. The water level in the tank must be maintained at the level of the water tank filter screen. Observe frequently and replenish immediately if it falls below this level.

2. Before leaving get off work, drain the water from the air compressor tank and release air from the machine's air circuit to prevent freezing the next day, which could affect the air volume. After starting the machine, test the operation of each cylinder to ensure it is functioning properly.

3. When changing the tool spindle, remove the tool holder before leaving get off work to prevent water vapor inside the spindle from freezing and jamming the tool holder.

4. For equipment with a multi-drill, preheat the multi-drill for at least 3 minutes before use to ensure normal operation (the testing procedure can be obtained by contacting the after-sales engineer).

5. Do not use in low-temperature environments (except for specially customized equipment designed for low-temperature environments). To ensure stable equipment performance and safe use, the equipment must not be operated in environments below 0°C (including 0°C). Low temperatures may cause circuit malfunctions, a sudden drop in battery performance, or damage to mechanical parts, affecting the lifespan and functional integrity of the equipment. Please confirm that the ambient temperature meets the requirements before use: Recommended operating temperature: (5℃-40℃)

Electrical System: Winter's dryness easily generates static electricity, and the entry of cold, humid outdoor air into the workshop can cause condensation. Regular inspection of electrical wiring is necessary.
