2. Edge banding unit
It is mainly composed of edge banding machine, picking truss and steering truss. The picking truss puts the cut sheet into the edge-sealing drum. After sealing one side, the steering truss is used to realize the steering of the sheet when sealing the other side. In addition, a separate plate square function is added in the edge banding link, which can completely close the plate to the edge banding machine, which has a great effect on the edge banding of small plates (plates larger than 250MM are online)
3. Punching unit
It is mainly composed of a six-sided drill and a feeding roller, which can realize punching and heterosexual grooving on 6 sides of the plate at one time, which greatly improves the efficiency of the punching process.
